School Case workers violate rights

Can anyone help me sue my last school district? I sent an email last year asking Warroad public school case workers, not to speak to either of my children without my consent. I made the assumption it would last for this year as well. The school has a case worker who had been speaking with my child about an incident last year, even after my child told her she knew the case worker was not supposed to be speaking to her or my other child without my knowledge presence or consent and she did it anyway. For thirty minutes the case worker had my child locked in a room asking her questions. I moved my children to another school out of county to keep anything from being done. I know first hand how CPS workers lie, make allegations, usurp custody, and refuse to help unite families, as that is the ploicy, and yet they try so hard to hinder and sabotage any parental efforts. I won a year long custody battle with a drug addict and her mentally disturbed son, and moved 1200 miles away. The same people have been using CPS to harass me since our divorce in 2011. The custody battle finally showed everyone how bad my ex-husband and his mother truly were. No one fought us on moving out of state. Warroad knew I had a rule and that I also knew that it was illegal for the case worker or any school administrator for that matter to speak to my kids without my knowledge or consent or presence. I know this. My kids know this. The case worker knows this. Yet she still interrogated my child without my consent/knowledge/presence. I would like some guidance on how to do it. I can't understand it. I'm prepared to do this alone, but my goal is to kick them in the pocket book bad enough that they get the message to leave single moms alone. I am asking to sue Warroad Public School Sustem for 150,000 due in 30 days. If this is successful, I don't see any reason the winnings can't be split. I'm not trying ti get rich, I just want to shine a light on their corruption. I can't keep moving schools. I want the public school system to leave me alone once and for all. I have been harassed for so many years with CPS investigations at least twice a year since my divorce in 2011. The father and his mother, the mother who now is dead of suicide by drug oversdose, have wreaked havoc on my daughters and I for too long. And the schools gladly go along with it, as if I really were a bad mother. Clearly I am not. I beat all their allegations, their sabotage, their game of "KEEP AWAY", and their torture methods. I submitted to psych evals, counselling, anger management, parenting and all other services, and yet case workers all over the US keep trying to casue me trouble and search for anything to open a case. I know they get paid based on Cesti que vie trusts, so I know they will do anything to get paid for as long as possible.
