Thank you for your support and donations to National Liberty Alliance. We value your contributions and strive to ensure a positive experience while supporting our mission. This policy outlines our procedures for refunds and cancellations of donations.
Donations are typically non-refundable. However, we understand that there may be extenuating circumstances. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Some examples of when a refund might be granted include:
- Error in Donation Amount: If you made an error in the donation amount or duplicate donations, please contact us as soon as possible to rectify the issue.
- Fraudulent Transactions: If you believe a donation was made fraudulently or without your consent, we will investigate and address the situation promptly.
How to Request a Refund
If you need to request a refund, please contact us at Mail@NationalLibertyAlliance.org or (845) 229-0250 within 30 days of the donation date. Include the following information in your request:
- Your full name
- Date of the donation
- Amount donated
- The reason for the refund request
We aim to process all refund requests within 14 days of receipt. Approved refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you set up a recurring donation and wish to cancel future contributions, you can do so at any time by:
- Logging into your account on our website and adjusting your donation settings. You can find access to your account (My Account) found on the top right side under the blue bar found on every web page.
- Contacting us directly at Mail@NationalLibertyAlliance.org or (845) 229-0250 with your request.
Please allow up to 7 days for the cancellation to take effect. You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation has been processed.
