I went and read the missouri state constition. And wow. The cops,judges,prosacueting atturnes. get their paychecks for life.. all civil ticket fees the cop keep s, criminal infractions, every pubic offical that has anything to do with said person gets money. and the other half goes into a fund... as prescribed by law.... wow they really deserve that. when they are the ones that have made it a crime to be a citicen of the USA. Further more. There are so many laws on the books even the people that put them thier dont know witch is witch...

They have left a big dark paper trail of treason. and yes the state constitution says we can reset them for our welfare and the grater good of the people....
