Patriot Stands for her Rights

Ohio Columbus...... Nobody knows if the allegations of harm on the officer or city prosecutor are true. From personal experience I believe there is a lot of exaggeration in their claims. We all know how good they are about playing "word magic". She stands strong and her argument are lawful. This is ONLY over her right to "travel" without tags. That is all this started over.

(I have a 100 questions about the validity of this story. Really does this make sense to you? I know this person and I don't know anything about a weapons violation or resisting arrest, Unless I have been duped, Which, at that point, I will come back to report and add to this story.)

Columbus Dispatch by Theodore Decker and Allison Manning

Once a newshound, always a newshound.

Retired Dispatch Reporter Lee Leonard was waiting for his wife at a Downtown eye doctors’ office yesterday when defense lawyer Sam Shamansky brought in a man who needed treatment because he had been pepper sprayed. Thinking there might have been a brawl at the Franklin County Courthouse, Leonard called the paper with the tip.

It turns out that a woman who considers herself a sovereign citizen had begun arguing with a judge in Municipal Court about whether she would return to court. She swung her arms and fought Columbus police officers who stepped in to control her. One of the officers fell and hit his head on a wooden bench.

The officer fired his pepper spray but missed the woman and hit the man, who works for Columbus suburbs as a prosecutor, Shamansky said. “He got it square in the face.”

Shamansky volunteered to take the prosecutor for treatment.

There was no brawl, but he did say that nearly everyone in court was affected by the acrid spray.

And 47-year-old Monica Greer Justice, who was the one arguing with the judge over a weapons violation and a resisting-arrest charge? Well, she’s now added a felony charge of assault on a police officer to her list.
