I will not participate in such a group as this that thinks they can talk the talk of Common Natural Law and not only not walk the walk but to have usurped Our unified mission and goals so dishonorably and inhumane, cruel beyond measure.
Patrick was asked to call me a few nights ago to tell me less than a quorum of County organizers met in a secret meeting organized by the State leader to 'vote' me out as Litchfield County organizer!!! With NO authority, right, reason, and with absolute malice and grave intent to cause me harm!!! I was called and told by Patrick that I am too 'troubled' according to this small handful of spiteful haters and therefore in their opinion unfit to be Litchfield County organizer!!!
I will NOT participate in the Monday night call I was just told I am going to be 'invited' to tomorrow night until I first finally get the long requested phone number and access code to listen to the call in which I am accused of doing something so horrific to have deserved such as this. I also want to know who was on the call that voted me out, was that call and vote recorded. I want the minutes to the meeting, what was said and by whom to have caused such a hurtful action unwarranted against me.
I will then decide if I will go to the call in show in which I have now felt outcast and extremely confused at the gross violation of my basic rights of human decency and respect afforded to everyone equally here or I will not participate at all.

The example you have set in CT for new comers is horrendous. There will need to be much under damage control. I need to hear from John Darash as to why NLA allowed me to be removed and supported this unlawful vote to occur by not only removing me without cause, without a chance to practice any common law principles, even the most basic of Do Unto Others has been usurped. I was not told by John in any attempt to communicate, problem solve or practice any common sense civil conflict resolution communication that is 100 percent necessary for ANY of our efforts to be successful. United We stand. Divide and conquer is the known method of the enemy that this group has allowed to divide me. This is horrendous and totally unaceptable to allow personalities destroy unity and our common goal and most basic of All fundamental Natural Common law unalienable rights of freedom of speech. This is an embarassing example to show the other states and I am ashamed to have such leadership as this. We cannot afford to have any division in the ranks, and as John Darash spoke on last weeks Monday night call, there are usurpers in the group infiltrating us as the enemy. Many will intentionally throw proverbial wrenches and block our success. There is NO reason any inapropriate comment i made on the bi weekly closed group CT Liberty Alliance call that should not have been handled as expected from such an organization as this. I am beyond outraged and hurt. But I will continue to promote as coordinator common law, NLA, getting jurists to sign on, buying the jurist handbooks and delivering them to as many locations as possible, promoting common law in my radio show on WAPJ Torrington Community Radio, studying the classes to prepare to become one of 4 County Administrators. I have two people in mind for County Admins, one lady I just met today is already involved in her own show out of Universtiy of Hartford and WAPJ called 9/11 Wake Up call. She has agreed to mentor me and we receive full training and endorsement from WAPJ prior to air. I was trained for 4 hours today along with many others taking the class. I did a lot of networking with important people in radio and want to suggest the county coordinators contact the 2 other Community radio programs in the State to host a Common Law educational show. I plan on asking NLA to produce a weekly lesson that every one who has a class can read and teach from by taking nuggets off the massive material on the NLA jurist and courses and essays page and consolidate in a 45 minute class. As other states do the same, we are all teaching a unified message in a thought out and planned lesson plan. We all must become re-educated but we must start by remembering God's law instilled in every heart. That law was certainly not practiced by CT or National Liberty Alliance in this shameful humiliating act that has no place in any plan to truly save America!
Further more, I am very well known by the clerks in Litchfield and Bantam Superior Court AND Supreme/Appellate court for 3.5 years. I am the most hated and feared person in CT by every public employee democratic union thug which has left me vulnerable to fierce retaliation by police and the judiciary who stand to lose the most when we take our courts back and establish God's justice throughout the land. The entire bar association and every union must be dismantled! We are ONE Union, the UNITED States of America!!! I have told them and everyone else that I am the Litchfield County Common Law Grand Jury Coordinator and that we constituted in March and our certified paper work is forth coming. As soon as Litchfield County has 25 or more jurists signed on and all 4 County Administrators identified and approved through the testing process on NLA web site I will file the papers to the clerks, hoping to do it in unity with all of the other counties.
Please refrain from these displays of dissatisfaction. It has no business with the point that we must be focused on. These 'things' must be handled discreetly between the concerned parties, lest it be used by our adversaries as an example of dissension, thus our Credibility.
I capitalized the word purposely, cause we have it, let's work to keep it.
Yes there will be differences, how we approach and resolve the issues says more than words could ever accomplish.

I have participated in 11 National Liberty Monday night calls and John has repeatedly said this is the forum to discuss issues that is what state sites and blogs are for. We are transparent with no hidden agendas here. this has NOT been handled appropriately with respect to me or Common law and practices, common decency or respect from the 'leaders' from the onset. talking in circular sentences with out saying anything is the same senseless conversations I have had with the same people who created the problem and perpetuate it for their own gain. conversations that say nothing but rhetoric, walking the walk, evading the real truth and our capacity as individual human beings and society to handle them. My CT LIberty Alliance has chosen to discredit me and unlawfully remove me from my treasured Litchfield County Coordinator position. This action seems to be fully supported by John Darash and National Liberty Alliance who has taken my personal jurist page information and altered and removed me without any dialogue or conversation prior to this wicked act being done behind my back in response to one phone call i made and an emotional response to built up frustration over the lack of unity and support and the fact I had not been notified of the call prior to only hours, the same thing they did to me today, then gave me two wrong phone numbers, a handful of people were on the call from 6 waiting for me till 6 :30, when I finally got through my known anxiety was off the roof, i tried to express myself and Sharon the gate keeper who has lied to me about this from the onset who I thought was my mentor and friend kept interupting me and then the group went on another mary bagnaschi bashing episode. I am asking for an independent objective body to investigate the facts, including the 'investigation' the handful of group members initiated in secret and without complying to any Robert's rules of order or Common Law theory , even to The Golden Rule. Here is my relationship in chat with Sharon and leave it for yourself to determine how our relationship deteriorated. I ask everyone to listen to the calls and this is not a personality assessment if I 'fly off the handle'. I have normal emotional reactions to many years of painful conflict that has found no resolve and people like this who do not know simply how to do unto others or love their neighbors as themselves. what happened to me to be removed in this manner is not right, i do not and will not accept it, just because my name is not on the NLA site does not remove me from my God given Natural Common Law rights to freedom of expression and my civic responsibilities and divine duties to follow the path of justice I am guided to take. Dear Sharon, You and I talked at great length just last week or the week before about spending the entire day together for the NY event. We were going to meet early in Winsted. I invited you to spend the night if you were to tired on the way home and you were receptive. What in God's name did I do in less than a week or so to devastate our relationship and my credibility with you and friendship, I demand to know. You gave me specific instructions and web sites for months to go to and I used things you specifically told me and I learned briefly from the NLA web sites. I am doing nothing but promoting Common law Grand Juries and as Common Law County Coordinator that is our duty!!! Your discrimanatory comments about 'not being able to get a word in', 'flying off the handle' and everyone else personality assessment is ego based and it does NOT belong in common law grand jury rooms. I am a long standing victim, in which every one coming to the Grand Jury is, if the administrators and jurists act like you all did to me in response to one and one only angry outburst in a closed bi monthly call where we have worked closely as a group to be successful in March. We need to move forward with getting our papers to the court house. I disagree we should wait, it will be months if not longer to become established and actually need to call a jury, during that time we are more credible to recruit and train jurists and administrators for something that is real and actually exists. We do not exist, accept for the papers on my table and the county seal which since March has cost me dearly.
In addition, if John or NLA had a problem with the wording of the motion I submitted to both CT Supreme and Superior court in January and posted it in January, they have not said anything to me about this, and sharon is just now bringing it up.
FYI, I spoke to John and Gerard last night, they called me. John asked me to send him my motion and pleadings that have been at the Supreme and Superior court since January and posted publicly on face book since then as well. This motion is a variation of the same motion I have been putting into the Superior court multiple times for 2 full years and an attempted appeal to Supreme Court 3 times since October 2012 and I am on my second attempt since last April on an 'official' appeal to Appellate which as you can see has been assigned two case numbers so I am in. If I am successful I will get my CT Grand Jury Investigation and there will be a one - three Superior Judge panel selected by Supreme court to sit on a Grand Jury investigation- per CURRENT statutes and practice! In the full two plus years I have acted as a bona fide pro-se/pro-per attorney in Litchfield Superior Court since January 2012 on my 18 plus year HUD/FHA Home foreclosure. If none of you can show an ounce of interest or sympathy, you are NO Common Law Grand Jury candidate to me!!!! In addition to being a victim for 3.5 years of gross judicial misconduct and fierce illegal retaliation that has me stuck in the criminal injustice system with no escape and no defense. If you minimize the stress and anxiety and want to diminish me for my natural human reactions to the devastation in my life for over a dozen years with my current complex labor case that when I win will set case law and shift justice in favor of WE The People and Our Fundamental rights I have been fighting for in my 45 year pursuit of justice! You and this group have given 0 respect to me and my life time experiences, including the fact I have earned both an Associates Degree (NCCC) and Bachelor's Degree (UCONN) and have worked successfully since I was 16 until 3.5 years ago when I once again had my livelihood stolen from the same crooks and thugs you are intent on fighting but I have been fighting most of my life. I have a 30 plus year professional resume that qualifies me in any position equal to that of your own self appointed authority to judge, diagnose, investigate, prosecute, and condemn me when none of you have had a personal phone conversation with me besides sharon up until this horrific act of discrimination you have launched against me- because I 'flew off the handle'. wow!!! take a class on how to deal with difficult people if it has been such a struggle for you and this group to deal with me if I am so difficult.

Yes, Joe, please call me by my given name which is Mary, Thank You! We need to have on going organization meetings and communication to iron out all of the differences. Differences I did not know I had with my fellow CT Liberty Patriots until this conflict arose. Conflict is a healthy part of every endeavor and human relationship. I welcome any forum or blog to discuss it and am a willing participant/student. I hope to gain recovery of our nation through the only means- unity. United WE Stand, I stand with ALL of my fellow True American Patriots, not in judgement or condemnation of our differences, but hope that our combined diversity and talents manifest the Will of God and contribute towards co-creating heaven on earth, peace and good will towards ALL men, that is my goal and one with or without any other help that from the ONE true source of ALL power and supply which is God, Our Father, known in many tongues in different names that can be described in one universal language and word that every tongue understands and knows, Love.
