Court Case 10/11/23 fighting for 4th and 2nd amendment Violations

On December 11/ 2023 I have the arrainment on a Illegal carry charge. My car was park illegally and in the 15-20 minuts I was gone my car was broken into, searched and towed away for the investigation of the alleged illegal firearm in my car that was in a locked gun cary bag. When I was coming up to where my car was parked and not there I was met by 4 officers asking me if I would answer questions. I responded with I do not answer questions and asked if I was being detaiined the response initially was no but if I wanted to know where my car was then I better answer. I refused still upon which I was asked if I locked my car. Thguth it was a strange question but I maintained that I do not answer questions but I do remember locking it as I went back 10 seconds after I jumped out to lock it or double check that it was locked. The next question made that last make sense, I was asked if I would consent to a search of my car. I answered i do not consent to a search nor do I answer questions. The next statemtent floored me. I was then told I was under arrest for the possesion of a concealed weapon (that is regesitered to my name and hours upon hours of urban tacitcal shooting courses) and I was taken in and booked with my gun siezed indefinitely. Being that I gave zero info and had no I.D. On me when I was booked I was booked under and other guy with the same name as me. That is not huge being that I took the mug shot and gave fingerprints. My plan is to counter sue for violation of said rights and illegal seizure of my firearm and illegal arrest. Any and all advice or help would be graciously received and prayers would be cherished. Also I am planning on filing a dismisal lof evidence but again adivce would be great as I do not know if it is necessary, but I want to cover all my bases
