Do you OWN the automobile, if so where do you keep the MSO (Manufacturers Statement of Origin) the TRUE Title to the auto, or do you have a CERTIFICATE OF TITLE issued by the "STATE" Evidencing that the "STATE" holds Title (Holder in Due Course of MSO) and is granting you limited Equitable Interest and usage privileges ... and the "STATE" says "IF YOU USE MY CAR, YOU MUST LICENSE (License = Grant of Authority to do that which is otherwise UNLAWFUL) ME follow you around and take your property with Limited or NO Due Process when you use my car in a way I don't like ... AND I can take my car away from you if I don't like the way you're using it; etc., etc., etc.

Cuz if you don't most of all of these courts across the nation have general jurisdiction. And if you study up on Trust law/Equity law you will come to realize that they view you as a minor/infant or ward of the state.  This is why they insist on you having one of their attorney because an attorney is a guardian alitem. And the whole court deal is set up as a trust, because they are accessing the Cest ti que trust everyone has it has absolutely nothing to do with the charges.

SECTION 1983 "CAUSE OF ACTION", CITING "ABUSE OF DISCRETION","VIOLATIONS OF CIVIL RIGHTS OF DISABLED INDIVIDUALS", TITLE II of the A.D.A. ACT of 1990 and 1973, citing lack of "SUBJECT MATTER Jurisdiction", further filing a second MOTION TO VACATE ORDER, voiding order of dispossessory, all under the color of all TITLE 18 U.S.C.Sections 241 and 242. And am also APPEALING 'Abuse of Discretion', DEPRIVED "FAIR ACESS TO THE COURT AGAIN", MY MEDICAL FILE WAS AGAIN PARTICIALLY PURGED, the last 3 times appearantly it was "completely purged", in my S.S.A. Disability case heard November 19, 2019, my FOURTH hearing in 9 years before a "Abusive A.L.J., S.S.A. JUDGE", i would like to JOING YOUR PETITIONS/COMPLIANTS, but I cannot SEE WELL enough for long enough to sign up and link my compliants. debra , P.S., Due to my eye sight condition being SO BAD....
