Nixon embraced as a good start toward reforms proposals to limit the proportion of revenue cities can get from traffic fines. That measure has passed the Senate and awaits action in the House.
He proposes to LIMIT the proportion of revenue.
Very evasive, isn't it.
We have been so conditioned to believe anything they say without examining the meaning of their words.
LIMIT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yeah, Nixon is a real POS so ask yourself;
1.WHO gets the overage?
2. It is my belief municipal courts are set up unlawfully in this STATE so is he just throwing a bone out there to act as if he is "working" on behalf of the sheeple so maybe we don't shut them down?
