I was casually reading parts of the writ, and I think there may be a word missing on page 4. I thought I would let you know, so you can fix it, in case it is needed, again. I've copied the paragraph below. It appears on page 4 in boldface. I'm putting an underlined blank in the spot where I think there is a word missing. (Please don't take this as nit picking. I can't help myself. I was an editor for 23 years)
If two or more persons conspire to _______any person in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution; They shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section, they shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.

So what has happened since January 2014 in regard to this Writ? Has space been provided? Has anyone been charged for not complying with the Writs demands? Or has this just been ignored by those who it was served upon?
Is it true that 2 cases have been heard by the common law grand jury in FL? Please someone, verify this.

Yes it is true. The result has been a 10 count felony charge being filed against the foreman of the grand jury and his arrest. More may be coming soon.
