Brother-in-Law jailed for life on an untruthful bogus charge of child molestation

My brother-in-law, Rick was arrested, falsely accused of a bogus child molestation charge involving his two step-daughters. They were heard to say "they wanted to see what would happen if they accused him of this" and told that it took place 15 years ago. They also wrote in a diary "that it never happened, they just wanted to see if he would be jailed". He has been serving a life sentence and has been in Montana State prison just under three (3) years now. His appeal is continually put on hold and we have no-one to call or speak with.
