This is a link to the letter issued by Pope Francis on 11 July 2013 on judicial criminal behavior. The letter is written to all members, officials and personnel of the various organs of the Roman Curia and of the Institutions connected to it. I have heard that ALL courts all over the world fall under the jurisdiction of the Roman Curia. Therefore this letter removes the immunity from prosecution which judges have enjoyed until now.
