Public Comment BLM Sonoran Desert Plans for Gun restrictions

We the people did not authorize our representatives under the Constitution for the united States of America to delegate any authority to a private corporation to control our lands, resources and citizens. Under Article I, Section 8, clause 17 - To exercise exclusive Legislation in all cases whatsoever over such district (not exceeding ten miles square) as may, by cession of particular states, and the acceptance of congress, become the seat of the government of the United States, and to exercise like authority over all places purchased by the consent of the legislature of the state in which the same shall be, for the erection of forts, magazines, arsenals, dock-yards and other needful buildings. When did the legislature of Arizona consent to the purchase of 48% of our land for use of land management? If they did, why is it now governing these lands for any purpose the Federal government deems necessary. We have seen a horrible result from this management in Oregon with the murder of LaVoy Finicum. Is this how you manage land which you do not own? As of today, the BLM has authorized the attack of people exercising their first amendment right to protest on the Malheur refuge. If the BLM manages the land they have authorized such actions. You have authorized unjustified excessive force for any reason. We the people are watching very closely the brutality of the BLM in Oregon. We know that the UN wants gun control and we see this move as exactly that.
