If the Nation/State to which is "BELONG" is a member of the UN, then you are a Member of the UN...by AGREEMENT. The Review Committee of the WHO presented its "draft proposals" to the 75th of the WHA ... today. The United States of America is leading the pack and gave its recommendations to the "review board" early.

NONE. What he (the podcaster) does not understand...right upfront...is that the WHO is run by the WHA or World Health Assembly. The Assembly is comprised of 3 delegates from every Member Nation of the UN.Therefore, when he says (at the beginning) that "every nation must exit the WHO"....he does not understand that it is the WHA...the Assembly comprised of 3 delegates from every Nation...that are making the proposed 46-page draft "amendments" to the WHO Operations within all of their respective Nations.To "leave the WHO"...the nations would have to withdraw from the UN, entirely. That is not going to happen.When the WHA met to approve the IHR 2005; it agreed to include the appointment of "International Health Regulation Review Committees". One was appointed on 5 May 2002...at the 75th of the WHA. Shortly after this, the U.S.A. submitted its recommendations to the "review committee"...as other Nations did. This was so that IHR Review Committee could assess what recommendations it would accept and which it would "propose" in its "draft amendments" to the IHR 2005.All nations follow the recommendations of the U.S.A. Therefore, it any of the proposals of the 46-page draft amendments are accepted...it will certainly be due to the influence of all proposals of the U.S.A.Since the U.S.A. is the leader of the Security Council and ALL GENERAL ASSEMBLY MEMBERS agree to "follow the decisions of the Security Council"...in accordance with Article 25 of the UN Charter; then you can bet that whatever the U.S.A. tells the WHA to do...will be passed into the "new" International Health Regulations...and into Treaties and into "law of the nations".You are in a representative government...and you are not the Representative. You have ZERO SAY-SO about what "the nations do". You are a debtor on the FARM...the FAR Matrix.
