Impossible to put 20 years in a few words...

I am the victim of an attempted murder.
 
My injuries include but not limited to an injury to my spine.
 
I had some of the best insurance in the country.  If I remember right, 20 years ago, I had Blue Cross with a $5000 stop loss which I met easily.  All my medical was covered.  So this is not the issue by any means.
 
The person that did this was a police snitch.  More than likely, my fate was decided before I was put on the operation table.
 
My ankle was somewhat shattered and they had put it all bat together.  I remember, vividly, when I first woke after the surgery my brother sitting there and he blurted out about the person was a police informant and he said: "that's why the police never came." 
 
Days turned to weeks and they turned into months.  And yes, now 20 years.
 
At one time I had no more job, I was a land surveyor, no income.  I went over and my mother looked at me and she said that she was going to get me a doctor.  She did and I went in to see him.  He did a simple test and told me that he was sure that I had an injury to my spine only he would need an MRI to know the better part of the story.  One of my injuries, I had a bruise on my chest over my sternum that lasted past January of the next year.
 
It took me a while, about 6 months, before I could even walk enough to get anything done.  I finally was able to get them to take statements.  The incident happened on June 27, 1998, and the statements were taken around about December 20, 1998.
 
Everything I have tried I got almost nothing out of.  I have had pretty much zero Due Process.
 
Right now, Social Security is breaking laws against me.  There is a process called Continuing Disability Review (CDR) which they say is a law.  In the 18 or so years I have been on Social Security I have been asked to do this CDR zero times.  I had to get away from the USA because, as you may understand, it is very hard on you mentally.  Right now I am in another country.  Social Security is violating the laws of this country.  This is easy to explain.  I had a daughter here.  I applied for benefits with Social Security for this child.  I was told by the agent "We do it differently here.  We just give the money to the mother."  Which was just about the most shocking thing I could imagine.  But I made sure the money came to me because the mother simply could not manage money.  At all.  But them doing this did destroy my relationship with this person.  I did get with another woman.  I had a son with her.  This person I could trust with the money.  She has no addictions like the other had.  I applied for this money with my son.  Months and months have gone by.  Social Security just ignores my application request.
 
I don't know the ramifications behind the ignoring but I do know, where I am, they have laws to protect Women and children.  And the law is RA 9262 - Law Against Violence Against Women and Their Children.  Sec 5 (e) (2) says Depriving or threatening to deprive the woman or her children of financial support legally due her or her family, or deliberately providing the woman's children insufficient financial support.  That is very simple.  Social Security has avoided this.  The penalty for this crime is jail.  "Acts falling under Sec. 5(e) shall be punished by prision correctional."
 
There is many, many who have kept me down.  But there is one person I can point to.  The person behind this cover-up.  Is name is HG Foster. The police officer behind this, the one who I suspect kick-started this is now a disgraced felon.  Billy Baker.  I even fought my way into court and went in front of Karen Baker (I am pretty sure no relation to Billy).  HG Foster was the prosecutor.  He is now a judge.  Karen Baker, a circuit judge at the time is now a Supreme Court Justice.  She has zero honor.  And I swear to all who reads this, I chewed her ass up one side and back down the other in her courtroom in the eyes of everybody there.
 
My mother was there with me.  My mother told me that I had better not lose my temper.  I told her not to worry.  First, the baby HG Foster did not show up to court.  What this piece of crap judge did, she was trying to embarrass me in front of the entire courtroom which was full of cases.  While I was telling her about the no Due Process, she just sits there making faces at me.  even getting to the point of, as my mother said "laughing" at me.  I said to her "it took 6 months just to take witness statements" and she gave me a very sarcastic "ohhhh" which is the point I chewed her ass.  I went into court simply asking for an investigation but was denied.
