THAT is why all 'prosecutuins' are against a 'Defendnant' whose name is ALL UPPER CASE and when you APPEAR and ADMIT to the 'DEFENDANT NAME', when yuou learned in first grade that People's Names are Capitalized and NOT ALL UPPER CASE - -and- hte United States Government Printing Office Style Manual (over several editions) sets forth that an ALL UPPER CASE NAME is the name of a Vessel, corporation, other artificial entity, or Decedent.
