Clowns for sure...making the courts their circus.....just my opinion, course based upon my personal first hand knowlege and experience....So here is my report for today...I witnessed a court proceeding this morning at the county of Canyon courthouse....in which judge Schilling was indeed honorable. I believe that he may have been summoned out of retirement to hear this case. Well, he denied a "motion to strike" my friend, Greg Collett's memorandum and allowed Greg to enter a supplemental filing through the court on and for the record. Lawyers from Borton & Lakey Law Offices were representing senator Patti Anne Lodge. They made it quite clear to the judge that they do not want a hearing....hmmm....they do not want this matter to become a "circus....or...sideshow...." just some of the words that caught my attention...when Greg stated that he may require a hearing based upon Patti Anne's reply to his "recent" filing. That hearing may also require governor Otter to testify as a result of Greg's supplemental filing...The look on their faces....priceless!!!....Praise God!!!
Patti Anne Lodge should do the honorable thing and simply "resign".....fraud....IS...fraud... IS fraud.....and there are those among us that "will" hold all elected and appointed public servants accountable. We ARE watching the show....and we can certainly change the channels...

Leea,
Your post here from last August highlights one problem that I have discerned. Two, maybe.
For now, the lawyers and some judges have no clue what "Common Law" is. They go by an entirely different definition than what is portrayed on this site. I see two different outcomes because of this: 1) either they become educated as we begin winning cases using common law or 2) they find some color of law to stop us nationwide.
Assuming they educate themselves on common law, they could create SUCH a mess by bringing so many suits against members of our alliance. We'd spend so much time writing replies to their suits that we'd have time to do nothing else, similar to how you have involved the Governor. These, of course, would be frivolous lawsuits, but we'd still have to answer them as such and that requires time, expertise, and persistence.
As to what the color of law mechanism would be to stop us, I don't know. Has anyone put in study on this issue?

Greetings ladies and gentlemen,

It has been some time since my last post. There is a lot going on and your assistance , indeed, your participation is truly needed.

Unified Idaho Common Law Grand Jury is a reality. However, it requires your participation in order to be effective.

To date:
1. Quo Warranto(s) have been served to federal judges in Idaho and also to the chief justices in D.C. All state magistrates, legislators, representatives and all other public servants are scheduled to be served as well.

2. There is also a campaign to inform the county sheriffs.

3. Working with Steve and Greg who are both state co-coordinators. We will be scheduling a weekly state wide conference call to be held Saturday morning. Date and time to be determined.

If you are currently signed up as a county organizer and / or jurist please be sure that your contact information is correct.

Should you have and questions please feel free to contact me.

Thank you and have a very blessed day. Much Love and God Bless.

Respectfully,
