attempting to locate COS

I am not seeing any information at all for my parish COS.  Whenever I choose our state, Louisiana, from the county COS finding page, it opens a page that displays no information other than to get to this message board.  I was expecting a list of all the different parishes and members that are located within each parish or something to that effect. So Im wondering how do I find not only if my parish of Orleans has a COS or any other members, but if not where is the next closest parish to me that has an active COS who I can speak to.
