Track Habeas Corpus Petitions

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

The purpose of this page is for people to track their petition for Habeas Corpus. After carefully reading all the information below and you have any questions or concerns concerning the process you can e-mail your question or concern to Intake@NationalLibertyAlliance.org for an e-mail response. Please do not contact NLA leadership or our Monday night call to track a case.

• If the petitioner(s) name is not on the list below we do not have a complete intake form, if you think this is an error you should contact Intake@NationalLibertyAlliance.org
• If the petitioner(s) name is below then your intake form is complete and when we received your affidavit and $75 donation or more (or whatever you can afford, we will refuse no one) by mail you will see a date under affidavit and your papers are queued for serving, and will be served in the order that they are received.
• Mail Affidavit and donation to: National Liberty Alliance; 3979 Albany Post Road, Suite 107; Hyde Park, New York, 12538.
• When we serve your habeas corpus you will see a date under served and you will receive a copy of the habeas corpus in the mail for your records.
• When we serve your default papers you will see a date under default and you will receive a copy of the default papers in the mail for your records.
• If they do not dismiss the case and release the petitioner(s) we will serve a contempt of court and you will see a date under contempt and you will receive a copy of the contempt of court in the mail for your records.
• If the Court still does not respond and do their duty we cannot move to the next step until NLA reaches critical mass and or we succeed in returning Common Law in the courts and you can then use these documents for restitution.
• If the petitioner(s) are released please notify Intake@NationalLibertyAlliance.org with the details of the release ASAP
