REMOVAL of City Prosecution ...

,,,   into COMMON-LAW (Administrative) JUDGMENT Recordeed in Superior Court Clerk /Recorder's Office on Georgia -AND- REGISTERED as a FOREIGN JUDGMENT in King Counrt (Washington) Superior Court, and presentment of the REMOVAL Process to the municipal 'court' Judge in open court - the Judge DIRECTED the Prosecutor to READ the REMOVAL Process - and then he asked me 'what would happen if the City of Seattle continued to TRIAL on the municipal 'Court' case - I SMILED and indicated that I would just get the Names, Malpractice /liability Insurance and /or Bond(s) of each city official /employee who paerticipated and JOIN thyem as JUDGMENT DEBTORS to the Pre-Existing JUDGMENT in the nature of 'ASSESORY AFTER THE FACT"  and since the JUDGMENT DEBTORS had already ADMITTED and AFFIRMED the FACTS appearing in the JUDGMENT, it would be appropriate to JOIN them to the JUDGMENT wwhen they KNOWINGLY JOIN the CONSPIRACY AGAINST RIGHTS and DEPRIVATION OF RIGHTS UNDER COLOR OF LAW   ...   The Prosecutor then verbally 'made a motion' to DISMISS the City action - GRANTED - and the grounds for dismissal: "the defense cannot determine and understand the NATURE AND COUSE OF THE CASE'   !!!
