BLOCKING ACCESS TO NLA WEB SITE

Around 3 years ago I stopped receiving email notices from the NLA. I finally figured out Hotmail was blocking those emails.
Thankfully an Oath Keeper told me Hotmail was doing the same thing to them, which is how I figured this out. So I changed my email address. 
Then things worked fine. 
Recently I have been blocked to access the NLA web site by the following browsers: Edge, Internet Explorer, Chrome, and Firefox. I got in today using the 'Vivaldi' browser. That worked fine. 
I'm gonna assume that Tor still works. It is very hard to block Tor.
