PARKING 'OFFENSE'???

If facing a PARKING OFFENSE issue:
Be sure to, in affidavit form, good faith-peace-honor, accepting Oath /Bond(s), DEMAND, - BEFORE ANY 'ANSWER' - that the City /County /State Produce EVIDENCE that such Municipal Corporation OWNS (Purchased with Art. 3, Sec. 2 Tender) OR has a contract with Landowner (check county land records - the adjacent landowner owns to middle of street (in most cases)) - to engage in Proprietary activity(s) on Land - Collect Rents (Meter Fee(s)) - Regulate control time /use activities - etc.; and,
On Seattle Washington, this resulted in an entire block of Parking Meters being removed, Load/Unload zone signs being put up, and Parking Enforcement personnel being forbidden to be on that entire block (with sole exception of in front of Fire Station {on one corner} - City Owned)!!!
