Georgia State Constitution

The state of Georgia Constitution, states there in NO IMPRISONNMENT FOR A DEBT. Why are fathers being incarcerated? CHild support is a CIVIL DEBT. There is case law backing this up!  It appears the Bradley Amendment is the lychinpin to these cases and the states not wanting to eliminate the arrears, that is , being created by the State! Debtors Prison is illegal, yet prevails. Peonage is Abolished yet, prevails! Forced Labor, illegal, yet prevails, Involuntary Servitude, illegal, yet prevails.
