INSTRUCTIONS TO FILE A PETITION FOR HABEAS CORPUS WITH THE
UNIFIED UNITED STATES COMMON LAW GRAND JURY
You must "KEEP IN MIND" that we are fighting an uphill battle and in most cases they "just ignore" the Writ Habeas Corpus. But, we believe that in time we will breakdown their wall of resistance and justice will prevail. We do not charge to assist People with Habeas Corpus, nevertheless National Liberty Alliance donates toner, paper, envelopes and postage to the Unified United States Common Law Grand Jury in order to send Habeas Corpus. As long as donations continue we will be able to help fund the overhead of the UUSCLGJ. Therefore NLA suggests a $75 donation to NLA or whatever you can afford; to help offset the costs. NLA also request that you donate $5 a month or more to help save America, click on the "Donation" button on top of the of the blue menu bar on the right side.

Step #1: If you have not yet “Registered” with National Liberty Alliance please do so now before filing your case.
Step #2: If you have not yet signed up for the “Civics Course” please do so now before filing your case, by placing your cursor over Education and then "Free Courses".
Step #3: If you have not yet signed up for the "Constitutional Course" please do so now before filing your case, by placing your cursor over Education and then "Free Courses".
Step #4: Go to the court court clerk and get a copy of your Court Docket*, if they ask why, tell them you just want to be informed in your case; ultimately it’s none of their business and this is public information.
Step #5: Download the Intake Form below save it to your desktop and fill it out and email it to Intake@NationalLibertyAlliance.org. Most of the info needed to fill out the intake form can be found on the case docket.
Step #6: Download the Affidavit Form below, save it to your desktop and fill it out, do not have it notarized until we check it by emailing it to Intake@NationalLibertyAlliance.org. After we review it you will get a pdf copy back for notarizing and then scan as a pdf and send it back to us. Reread it to make sure any corrections we made did not alter any meanings.
Step #7: After your paperwork is completed a please mail a $75 or more donation to offset the certified mailing and printing costs too:

Those who are unable to donate to offset the costs will not be rejected, NLA operates on donations and UUSCLGJ does not receive money at all everything is done by volunteers, and sometimes out of pocket without reimbursement if necessary.

Step #10: Continue the Civics Course to completion as it will aid you immeasurably in your court case and the methodology we will be employing.
Step #11: While waiting for the Grand Jury to process your case continue to cooperate with the court as best you can.
