Hearing on Friday May 8, 2015 at 10am in Bellefontaine Logan County Ohio to remove the wicked attorney as guardian and give Clair to his daughter Rosanna. Clair has been abused for over 8 years. In Sept 2012 the nasty judge gave Clair to the wicked attorney and he has been loaded on drugs and his health is failing bad every since. Rosanna has been refused and contact with her Dad. She has filed so many actions like up to the Ohio Supreme Court. Below are new recordings of Clair on Haldol and he doesn't have any help to the bathroom. He has had many accidents at the nursing home and Rosanna would take him home to live and has tried for 8 years. The court system is after his estate. Two 3 min recordings of my Dad TRAPPED at the Campbell House on April 29, 2015 at approx 6 pm, loaded on drugs when the court ordered him off in Nov 2013. PLEASE LISTEN. These drugs are STRICTLY to CONTROL Dad. (chemical restraint) The guardian is allowing this. But he is off to California.
