could use some input

I think I might have a solution to my problem with the court. I have challenged jurisdiction of the court and I put in my challange Article 3 sec 2 of the constitution where it states "all cases where a state may be a party to, the supreme court shall have original and appellate jurisdiction" My challenge was dismissed and jurisdiction was assumed by the court. My thinking is I can now move to dismiss for lack of an injured party and the court must dismiss and cannot say that state is injured party or it can be held liable for fraud in assuming jurisdiction in the first place. I would REALLY appreciate some input on this.
