This is my fourth term as Sheriff of Barry County, Michigan. I have said for many years that every passing generation our constitution gets more and more diluted. “Folks, We are in DEEP trouble, as People, as Christians, as Villages, as Cities, as Townships, as County's, as several States assembled, and yes even our “Republic” itself. Our Republic, which was founded on biblical principles, was inspired by the Magna Carta in 1215 which ended the tyranny of King John of England and his British BAR Esquires, today called the “American BAR Association,” (ABA) established by 75 treasonous lawyers in 1878. Today, with very few exceptions, virtually every Attorney and judge are BAR taught and believe that the “Common Law” and thereby our founding documents have been abrogated in 1938.
In 1789, our “Founding Fathers” ratified a Constitution built upon Jefferson’s eight ancient principles that established the self-evident truths upon which our “Natural Law Republic” rests. Further, in order to prevent misconstruction or abuse of power, declaratory and restrictive clauses were added; resulting in the Bill of Rights that was passed in 1791, upon which all legislative and judicial decisions are judged.
In 1819, our founders ratified the 13th Amendment which prevented anyone with a title of honor from holding office in these United States. This was aimed specifically at the British BAR “Esquires” and resulted in the Treaty of Verona in 1822 where the British King and the Pope issued “Letters of Marque and Reprisal” to covertly undermine America’s economic and political system. And in 1865, the BAR was successful in removing the 13th Amendment and replacing it with another. This undermining by the ABA has continued right up until today.
There is only one way to save our Republic. That is by resurrecting our “Common Law Constitution” as imparted in John Darash’s book, “Government by Consent.” The question must be asked, “where are the Sheriffs in this struggle for survival of Life and Liberty?” Quite frankly, they are “Nowhere in Sight!” I have spoken with a few Sheriffs and I recently asked one, “did you run as a Constitutional Sheriff or a Corporate Law Sheriff?” He answered, “That’s a good question I never thought about it that way.” This is precisely why our Liberty is in jeopardy.
